Delivery Health analytics
Every outbound message is tracked through 8 lifecycle states: queued → sent → delivered → opened → clicked (or bounced / complained / failed / delayed). Top bounce reasons grouped over 90 days.
Real-time inbound
Mail arrives in your inbox within ~300ms of hitting our edge — webhook-driven, no IMAP polling. Rate-limited and HMAC-authenticated at the boundary; spam-scored before it hits your eyes.
Smart auto-responders
Per-mailbox vacation replies with date windows. Seven built-in guards: 24-hour per-sender cooldown, noreply/list-address suppression, domain loop detection, spam-flag respect, and more.
Conditional forwarding
Forward matching mail to teammates, helpdesks, or external systems based on any rule. Anti-loop guards reject forwards back to our own domain. Reply-To preserves the original sender for seamless threading.
SPF / DKIM / DMARC aware
Every inbound message is checked against authentication. We score spam from signal (auth failures, sender reputation) instead of rule-of-thumb keyword lists.
