Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using DENMAIL (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by DENDAT Technologies, Inc. ("we", "us"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) in any volume.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent messages.
• Violate any applicable law including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including abusing our rate limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without refund.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the email messages, attachments, and configuration you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. Fees & cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

6. Service availability

We target 99.95% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, force majeure, and actions of upstream providers can affect availability. Business-tier customers receive SLA credits as described in their service agreement.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DENDAT Technologies, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
