Summary

We collect only what we need to operate DENMAIL. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use your email content to train machine learning models. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time.

1. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, your optional name and company, your declared use case, and basic telemetry (approximate IP via hashed form, user-agent, referral) to prevent abuse and measure campaign effectiveness.

When you use the product, we store the email messages you send and receive, your rules and label configuration, mailbox settings, and standard server logs.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the service — route mail, run your rules, show analytics.
• To contact you about your account and product updates.
• To investigate abuse, security incidents, and legal requests.
• To improve the product in aggregate — never at the individual-user level.

3. What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal data to anyone. Ever.
• We don't show you ads.
• We don't use your email content to train AI models.
• We don't share your data with third-party brokers.

4. Data location & security

Data is stored on infrastructure operated by DENDAT Technologies, Inc. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). All data at rest is encrypted. Access is restricted to a small group of engineers and logged.

5. Third-party processors

For email delivery we use Resend. For DNS and edge we use Cloudflare. Both operate under contractual data-processing agreements consistent with GDPR and similar frameworks.

6. Your rights

You can request a full export of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

If we materially change this policy we'll email everyone with an active account at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
